Genesis Homes offers homes in Greenville and Laurens County. Please check below for current availability in each County and review all Eligibility Requirements before applying.

  • Laurens County

    Applications are open for Laurens County! Please follow these instructions to submit your application:

    1. Verify you qualify by reviewing Genesis Homes Eligibility Requirements for housing. 
    2. Complete the application. Find the application HERE. 
    3. Once complete, send the application to Roshelle Harris at roshelle@genesishomessc.org
    4. Pay the application fee of $35 by clicking here.

  • Greenville County

Genesis Homes Housing Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • No evictions in the past 5 years
  • Must past criminal background check
  • Must not exceed income limits
