Greenline - Spartanburg Street Groundbreaking, March 31, 2010
On March 31, 2010, Genesis Homes conducted a groundbreaking ceremony in the Greenline - Spartanburg Street Neighborhood. Over the next 12 months, Genesis Homes will build a total of nine residences in this neighborhood just east of downtown Greenville. These rental homes, targeted for current and former residents of the neighborhood will include seven single-family homes and one duplex.
